2. Refund Policy Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Training Programs and Certifications: If you are not satisfied with the training program or certification within 7 days of purchase and have not accessed more than 30% of the course content, you may be eligible for a full refund. Refund requests after 7 days or after accessing more than 30% of the course content will not be eligible for a refund.

Subscriptions: If you cancel a subscription within 14 days of the first payment and have not used the subscription service, you are eligible for a full refund. Subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day period.

Job Listings and Employer Services: No refunds will be issued for job listing fees or other employer-related services once the service has been provided or the listing has gone live.
